All prices are listed in Euro (€). Workshop entrance and technical tour tickets are listed including 0% V.A.T. / VAT-Free transaction in accordance with §4 UStG. Workshop Dinner Tickets: Reverse Charge for EU business customers with a valid VAT number; 19% German VAT for German customers or EU private persons; 0% V.A.T. / VAT-Free transaction in accordance with §4 UStG for participants from outside the EU.

*Student Tickets

Students enrolled at an approved university will receive the reduced student workshop fee. All student discounts are at the organizers' discretion, and proof of status (student card) is required. For this purpose students will be sent a link where they can upload a scan of the student card.  Alternatively they can send a copy by fax. In any case they must present their original student identification card on-site in order to receive their name badge. Discounts must be applied when registering – discount cannot be applied after the booking has been processed.

In case you would like to register for a student ticket as a Ph.D student, the following criteria should be fulfilled and the following documents provided:

  • A personalized document on official university paper in English language, signed by the professor/Ph.D supervisor, proving that the participant is doing a doctorate.
  • The participant is younger than 34 years before or on the first day of the conference.

 


Each workshop registration includes:

  • Access to all workshop sessions.
  • The daily coffee breaks and lunch of the conference

  • The conference dinner must be booked separately during registration
